Bay Village Kitchen & 1st Floor Remodel

This Bay Village project involved an entire first-floor remodel, including a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, a remodeled laundry room and office, and an updating living room.

In the kitchen, we removed the existing cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures and light fixtures.  We reconfigured the cabinet layout, and installed the new custom Amish-made cabinetry with a new huge island, a new range hood, and custom cabinet panels on the Sub-zero fridge and the dishwasher.  New quartz countertops went in along with a  new tile backsplash plus new plumbing and electrical fixtures.

In the powder room, we added a new custom Amish-made vanity with new plumbing and electrical fixtures, plus new updated wallpaper.

At the back entry, we added a custom Amish-made bench plus cabinetry, a new herringbone tile floor, and revamped the laundry room.

In the living room, we replaced a beverage bar with new custom Amish-cabinetry & Quartz countertop.  We also installed a new custom TV area with cabinetry and shelving.  We also added a new stained mantel with custom board and batten trim at the fireplace wall.

Throughout the whole first floor, we installed new hickory hardwood, which was sanded and refinished onsite.  All of the baseboard and casing trim were replaced along with all of the interior doors.  In the formal dining room, we added custom wainscotting trim.
