At this Bay Village home, we remodeled existing space to create a huge laundry/mud room.  We combined an office and small pantry room into one big space, including the installation of an LVL header to support a load-bearing structural wall.  We installed a new slate tile floor, along with custom Amish-built wood benches, cubbies, and cabinetry.  We added the mechanicals required to support a new stacked washer & dryer.
