This huge Bay Village project involved remodeling an entire first floor, an entire second floor, and the basement. 

On the first floor, we removed all of the existing cabinetry, plumbing and electrical fixtures, the existing flooring, and all of the existing trim and doors.  We reconfigured the kitchen layout, relocating the kitchen sink and stove to add a cabinet hood, plus space for a built-in Subzero paneled refrigerator.  We also raised the floor in a sunken dining room by the kitchen and built a new walk-in pantry area with wine fridge and beverage drawers.  We also reframed and reconfigured the powder room.  We completely remodeled the living room fireplace wall by removing a stone feature wall, and then re-framing for new built-in cabinetry with a new mantel and a new gas fireplace insert.  We reconfigured the back mudroom area and installed a new wood bench with storage cubbies.  We gutted and remodeled an existing spare full bathroom with custom vanity & custom tile.  We also relocated the openings for two sliding glass doors, and installed two new doors.

On the second floor, we again removed all of the existing flooring, hardware, plumbing and electrical fixtures, and all of the existing trim and doors.  We reconfigured an existing bathroom into a new jack and jill bathroom with new closet layouts.  We relocated the existing attic access to accomplish the final layout.  We modified the layout of the master bathroom area to add two walk-in closets and a new bathroom layout.  In all of the upstairs bathrooms, we added custom tile surrounds, custom tile floors, new custom Amish-made vanities with all new electrical and plumbing fixtures.  We installed new hardwood flooring with carpet in certain rooms. 

In the basement, we again removed everything and reconfigured the layout.  We deleted an existing fireplace.  We framed new walls for a hang out area, an exercise area, and a new bathroom.  We finished all of the spaces off.
