This Bay Village project consisted of a full basement remodel of completely unfinished space.  We framed in finished space, including two new bedrooms, a full bathroom, a large rec area, a closet for the electrical panel, and storage space under the stairs.  We added complete plumbing and electrical to support all of those spaces, as well as a new laundry area in the storage area.  We installed all new vinyl plank flooring with new trim and interior doors.  We relocated a window and we installed a new French exterior door, walking out to the homeowner’s lake access.   Custom Amish-made cabinetry was added to create a dry bar with paneled fridge drawers, a built-in TV area with custom shelving, and a locker-style storage area by the French doors.  The full bathroom included a custom tile shower surround, a custom Amish-made vanity, and all new plumbing & electrical fixtures.
